Individual Residential Services and Supports, shaped by each person's own plan rather than a standard package.
Individual Residential Services and Supports is residential care delivered in a home, not an institution. The defining feature is scale. A host home supports a maximum of three individuals, which is small enough that people are known rather than managed.
First Eye Care Services provides IRSS through seasoned, well trained Host Home Providers and staff who are passionate about the people they care for. We ensure homes are clean and well maintained, and located in safe and friendly neighborhoods.
The frequency and intensity of care provided is determined by each individual's service plan. Nobody receives a level of support decided by what is convenient for us.
Which one fits depends on the person, their support needs and how they want to live.

A home where our employees rotate in shifts, providing consistent coverage for individuals who need support available around the clock.
Every person leads and designs their own person-centered plan, intended to maximize independence while maintaining health and safety. Support varies with that plan, and may cover any of the following.
These are requirements under the federal HCBS Settings Rule, and they are how we think people should be treated regardless.
We admit individuals we genuinely believe we can support. The honest conversation comes first.
